Aaron Scruggs and his wife were involved in an altercation at the Maier-Northcrest store in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Several store employees and a bystander were injured. Store merchandise was damaged. Aaron Scruggs was charged with one count of malicious trespass and four counts of assault and battery.
