Order ON STATE'S MOTIONS FOR REHEARING The appellants were jointly tried and convicted of aggravated robbery. The jury assessed
Proctor's punishment at life and Lemell's punishment at sixty-five (65) years and a Five Thousand Dollar ($5,000.00) fine. On direct appeal, the appellants maintained their convictions were barred by jeopardy. The Eleventh Court of Appeals agreed,
