This is a petition to review Bradley v. Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission, 577 So.2d 638 (Fla. 1st DCA 1991), in which the First District Court of Appeal held that the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission could not increase the penalty for a correctional officers misconduct front that recommended by a hearing officer. The court found that a mere disagreement with the hearing officers assessment of the seriousness of the offenses could not justify an increased penalty.
